Refund policy
We want you to be stoked on your gear. If something's not right, we've got you.
Return Window You have 20 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Return Conditions Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. If it looks like it's been through a session, we can't accept it back.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account at account.bluelavaclothing.com
- Go to your Orders and select the order you'd like to return
- Click "Request Return" and follow the prompts
- We'll review your request and, once approved, send you a prepaid UPS return label via email
- Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any UPS location or schedule a pickup
Return Shipping We provide the return label — the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You don't need to arrange your own shipping or buy postage.
Restocking Fee None. We don't charge restocking fees.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. To swap an item for a different size or color, start a return for the original item and place a new order for the one you want. If your new order is $150 or more, it ships free.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive something damaged or defective, reach out to us at orders@bluelavaclothing.com. We'll cover the return shipping — no cost deducted from your refund. We'll make it right.
Final Sale Items We don't currently have any final sale items. If we add a Sale or Clearance collection in the future, those items may be marked as final sale and not eligible for return.
