Shipping
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. Transit time depends on your location — UPS Ground typically delivers within 3–7 business days after shipment. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Answer: Orders over $150 ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $150 ship via UPS Ground at rates calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Log in to your account at account.bluelavaclothing.com and go to your Orders. You'll also receive tracking info via email when your order ships.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes — we offer local pickup by appointment at our production facility in Santa Clara, CA. Select "Pickup in store" at checkout and reply to your Ready for Pickup email to schedule a time.
Returns
How do I start a return?
Log in to your account at account.bluelavaclothing.com, go to your Orders, select the order, and click "Request Return." Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid UPS return label via email.
What's your return policy?
You have 20 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. See our full Return Policy for details.
Is return shipping free?
We provide the return label, but the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund. If your item arrived damaged or defective, we cover return shipping — no deduction.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't offer direct exchanges. Start a return for the original item and place a new order for the one you want. If your new order is $150 or more, it ships free.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your statement.

How do I create an account?
Visit account.bluelavaclothing.com to create your account. From there you can track orders, manage your info, and request returns.
I forgot my password.
Go to account.bluelavaclothing.com and click "Forgot password." You'll receive an email with a link to reset it.
