Purchases Return Policy
This return policy applies to products purchased from Blue Lava, Inc. and/or its affiliates (“Blue Lava”) under its “Blue Lava,” brands (collectively, the “Brands”). Blue Lava provides refunds for purchases made at the official e-commerce site, bluelavaclothing.com. Blue Lava will provide refunds to customers who return products unworn and unwashed, in their original condition and packaging (if any), with the tags still attached within 30 days from the date of an online purchase at bluelavaclothing.com. Returns after 30 days
If customer returns product(s) purchased from the official e-commerce site, bluelavaclothing.com, after thirty (30) days, no credits or exchanges will be issued. All product sales are intended for retail/ “end user” customers only and are not intended for wholesale or redistribution by the purchaser. The resale of any products purchased from the official e-commerce site, bluelavaclothing.com, without the express prior written consent of Blue Lava, in each instance, is strictly prohibited. For the purpose of enforcement of this policy, no customer may purchase more than a number of products or product styles that Blue Lava determines, in its sole discretion, to be a reasonable number in each circumstance during any 72 hour period without the prior written consent of Blue Lava. Blue Lava may refuse to sell any products to any person that Blue Lava believes, in its sole discretion, intends or endeavors to violate this policy.
Refunds, minus the cost of shipping, will be given within 30 days of receipt of the returned merchandise. Customers will be notified via email when the return has been processed and a credit has been issued to the original form of payment.

Apparel and Accessories Warranty Policy
Policy covers specific Apparel & Accessories. Blue Lava warrants all apparel to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of ten (10) days from the original date of purchase, when purchased from the official e-commerce site, bluelavaclothing.com. The apparel warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials but does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear, and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use. If a Blue Lava product is found to be defective after inspection by a warranty technician, Blue Lava will repair or replace the product with an existing comparable model at the technician’s discretion. Blue Lava is not liable for any damages, losses and/or costs incurred resulting from the loss or usage of our products.
